1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products upon arrival.
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

3. Subscription Refunds & Cancellations

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month.
• To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellations must be made before the next billing date.
• Refunds are not available once a subscription order has been processed and shipped.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Discounted or promotional items may be final sale.
